NOTICE OF INTENTION OF MARRIAGE
Please have a photo ID; preferably a valid driver's license. Filing fee is $25 and there is a 3 day waiting period before the marriage license can be issued; unless a waiver is obtained at a district court.
You will be signing an affidavit under the “pains and penalties of perjury” that all information is correct. It is not necessary to bring a birth certificate or divorce papers.
Notice of Intentions of Marriage will be initiated 8:30 am -3:30 pm, Monday - Thursday.
No intentions are taken on Friday.
Appointments are required.
