The Zoning Board of Appeals meets on the second Wednesday of each month at the Town Hall, Veterans Memorial Hall beginning at 7:00 PM. Meeting agendas are posted with the Town Clerk and the Town WEBSITE at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting.
The Zoning Board of Appeals consists of seven members, five elected positions and two appointed by the Board of Selectmen. Sturbridge's Board is unique to Massachusetts in that it is the only Zoning Board with elected members.
