KID'S ROOM
Registration for the next Story Time session will be held from February 13th to February 28th. The session will run the week of March 2 through April 9, 2010. Our story times are filled with great books, songs, finger rhymes, puppetry, and crafts and are designed to promote emerging literacy skills, social development, and a lifelong love of reading. Age groups are: Early Literacy and Fun (ELF) for 9-18 months; Pixies: 18-30 months; Sprites: 2.5 to 4.5 years; and Gnomes: 4.5 to 6 years. Stop by or give us a call to register your children. Space is limited; a waitlist lottery will be conducted if needed. Contact the library at 508/347-2512 with any questions.
ORIGAMI CLUB APR. 11, 2010
2-4:00 P.M. in the library meeting room (basement)
Come learn, teach or share origami with other paper-folding enthusiasts. Display your models, learn to read diagrams or teach a new fold to others.
Beginners to complex folders: all are welcome and no previous folding experience is required, but children age 10 and under MUST be accompanied by an adult.
