Field / Court Request
Individuals or groups requesting to use Town property under the jurisdiction of the Recreation Committee, whose property includes; Cedar Lake Recreation Area ( Basketball and Tennis Courts) Turner’s Field and the Town Community Fields must complete this application and submit their current * Insurance Policy along with this application by March 1st for Spring/Summer/Fall use. Those applications submitted after the above date will receive consideration after the other requests are processed.
*Leagues must submit their current Insurance Policy and Individuals must submit their current Homeowners Policy
