Meeting came to order at6:00pm
January 6, 2003 Minutes were approved Mary Lou 1st Terry 2nd
Hal White recreation liaison met with us concerningthe hiring of the Summer Staff to confirm with the BOS and let us know at a later date.
Lycott Environmental Beach Water Control $1,400.00 submitted to the Betterment Committee
Bob Chartier will review the concert funding for next year thru SATA
Jim has asked that all League requests need proof of their Insurance

The following Sign and Property use Approvals for the Town Common
BLC Fun Fair 5/31/03 8-5:30pm
BLC Fun Fair 10/11/03 8-5pm
Logan Wedding 6/28/03 3-4pm
Joshua Hyde Library 7/11/03 3-8pm
The Recreation Committee has two openings 1/2year and 1/3 year
Many of the staff is returning for the Summer Recreation Staff
We are looking to include the following new programs
Advance Tennis / Professional Instructor to teach
Councilor in Training Program
Increase on the Summer Program fees which needs BOS approval
Next meeting March 3, 2003 at 6:00pm
