The attached Sewer Service Area Bylaw Report as amended and revised was approved by the Board of Selectmen on 11-05-01 and is the result of the adoption of the Sewer Service Area Bylaw adopted at the April 2001 Annual Town Meeting. This bylaw specifies the remaining capacity the Board of Selectmen may allocate for additional projects in town, while maintaining capacity for existing homes that have not yet connected to the Town's sewer system.
