Attached please find an analysis of the impact on the tax rate if this project is approved and the annual cost for the average single family home in Town. Municipal debt service is generally on a descending scale with the first year being the highest cost. The first year cost of this project would add $0.27 per thousand to the tax rate and the first year average cost to single family homeowners is $77.89.
