Attached please find debt estimates for the Town Hall and Center School Project. These estimates include cost estimates for the average single family home in Sturbridge. The estimated cost to a single family home last year when this question was approved by Town Meeting but failed at the debt exclusino vote was $77. This year, the cost estimate is approximately $81 which has been held down despite inflation that has raised the overall cost of this project from $3.5 million to $4.3 million through the use of your Community Preservation Act funds ($952,000) for
historic preservation of these two buildings. Without Community Preservation Act funds being used, this year's cost would be approximately $103.
