Attached are the detailed cost estimates for the Town Hall project ($2,545,100) and Center School Office Building ($1,714,300) with an additional $60,000 estimated for temporary housing of Town Hall offices during construction for a total project cost of $4,319,400 being considered for a debt exclusion vote at the April 9, 2007 Annual Town Election and as Article 9 of the Annual Town Meeting warrant.
